ABOUT ME I'm a Certified Professional Leadership Coach, certified by the Professional Christian Coaching Institute. Leadership development and growth has been at the heart of everything I've been a part of since the mid-80s. God has weaved together a diverse tapestry for my life that has led me to where I am today -- a passionate commitment to help unleash the full transformational leadership potential in leaders. This includes how to fully engage from the heart as well as the mind; living out with purpose and intentionality God's unique vision for each of us, expressed through our God-given identities; approaching relationships by being relational before being transactional; and leading from the strengths and skill sets God has endowed us with. My career in leadership development and cultural transformation began in 1986. Since then I have held positions as:* A director of government relations for a homeschool and Christian school coalition* Congressional campaign manager * Vice President of a non-profit organization dedicated to economic and tax reform* The first National Field Director of a Christian grassroots organization* President of my first political consulting firm, with a client list that included three presidential campaigns; Members of Congress; a state Attorney General; and several state legislators. In 1998, Campaigns & Elections Magazine listed me as one of its Rising Stars in politics. * The inaugural President of Principle Approach International, a non-profit classical Christian education foundation* Vice President of Communications for a public opinion and market research company * The first Executive Director of ACT for America, which grew to be the largest grassroots national security, anti-terrorism organization in the country * President & CEO of Pinnacle Forum America, leading a successful reset of this leadership development organizationIn 2020 I left Pinnacle Forum to pursue a calling to help equip and unleash influential transformational leadership through my new company, Flourishing Leadership.
