After 15 years in the high tech industry, I felt the need to contribute my vast knowledge to the next generation.I was drawn to share my experience as the manager of the Mechanical & Electronics Engineering Course of Study in high school. I led the program's innovation in 3D printing and robotics, while making key decisions and ensuring its smooth organization, resulting in a major increase in student engagement and learning outcomes. I successfully secured a partnership with hi-tech companies, providing valuable internship opportunities for the participants.I applied research, thought processing, development and generation of 6 main technological educational products and platforms (mainly in 3D Printing Design, EV3, Robotics, Physics Visualization, and also in AR User Interface and Aircraft Aerodynamics), while cooperating with various professional parties.

As part of the European business development managers unit, I collaborated with departments around the world (USA, Europe, Far East), including company headquarters, development centers, and production facilities.I exclusively established the Israel office, offering strategic partnerships with as much as 100 leading customers’ R&D centers, focusing on cutting-edge IC development and increasing successful BOM design ins and replacements. Responsible for the development of the local market – supporting existing customers and finding new potential customers by gathering business and marketing information for future developments.
