For over 20 years, I’ve been lucky to get in the trenches doing what I love. My career has taken me across the U.S. and abroad to work with subject matter experts, technical teams, and internal / external clients who run the gamut from novice to savvy user. My wheelhouse is creating client-centric implementation experiences that are well, magical! I thrive in full platform provisioning and setup along with an energetic transfer of knowledge to others to empower clients to compete in today’s technical and data-driven world. I’ll take deep dives where needed—analyzing business requirements, to managing projects, to doing the install, to post-implementation client support.I love to see the ah-hah look or hear the “I love it!” tone, and of course, to help people succeed. Some of my own success stories:In Business Analyst, Senior Product, Training and Client Support roles with Nielsen, I Served as SME liaison on technology product requirements and worked on site with technical teams at Swiss-based Partner Company.Led live – classroom training and coast-to-coast online trainings (using WebEx, Go-To Meeting, Teams, and Zoom) / demonstrations for trainees from Los Angeles to New York.Orchestrated train-the-trainer, new hire and end-user trainings on desktop and SaaS systems from new rollouts to new versions. Writing the curriculum … one-on-one trainings to presentations at national broadcasting conventions, I’ll sell, show and support. I will take care of clients, whether they embrace or shy away from the latest products. My purpose is to demonstrate their new system will add value and should be understood.
