I am responsible for overseeing all production aspects of the firm, as well as the overall operations. My background in video production and audio engineering, with over five years of experience working with both for-profit and non-profit organizations, has equipped me with the technical and creative skills necessary to excel in this field.I play a crucial role in ensuring that all production projects are completed to the highest standards, and that clients expectations are exceeded. I am able to leverage my extensive knowledge and expertise to make sound decisions, troubleshoot complex production issues and find efficient solutions. I regularly manage the Elm production team in ensuring on-time and on-budget project completion for clients. My technical knowledge and experience in audio engineering and video production, as well as my attention to detail, allows me to bring any project to life in the most creative, polished and engaging way possible.
