New role created by GM CIO to ensure the ‘Big Data’ strategic risk platform was considered ‘Books and Records ‘by Credit Suisse with a remit to identify shortfalls in the platform it’s support, capacity planning, compliance, data provision, data monitoring and non-functional forecasting • Project 150 : Engaged infrastructure, vendors, audit, compliance and RIM and other HDFS / Hadoop users internally to establish forum and consistency of approach and support . Outcome was platform certification by CS (Audit / Infrastructure / Technical Security) and the risk accepted by the CRO business head.
