As part of the UN's Security Sector Reform wing, I was the link between the Disarmament, Demobilisation,Reintegration, Resettlement and Repatriation branch in the DRC and the military wings of both the UN and Congolese Army, with specific areas of responsibility including the Allied Democratic Forces, on the Uganda Border, and resettlement of the Force.
