As Maynard's Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland studio lead, I work across wayfinding, product design and user experience projects in the built environment. Key areas of personal interest include developing a holistic, person-centred understanding of PT passenger experience, encouraging mode shift to active transport, and the creation of adaptive, resilient and culturally relevant urban spaces. I relish collaborative modes of work, having worked extensively within multidisciplinary design teams on large-scale urban transport infrastructure projects at both bid and construction stages. I bring a rigorous, process-led approach to projects with the goal of finding best-for-purpose solutions for complex situations.
