CurrentResponsible for managing the voice domain IT budget, roadmap and demand. Accountable for annual price change order journey and notification delivery to support £250m NPV target, customer experience and operations targets. Delivered price change on a compressed timescale (3 vs 9 months) by correctly anticipating key risks. Delivered a complex new capability at the same time to meet regulatory requirements. Defined a new order journey concept, on the same compressed timeline, to mitigate negative PR, customer complaints and churn, and enabled its delivery by negotiating a deeper collaboration and new way of working between two teams who were not ready to work together after a negative previous engagement. Currently pitching a simplified approach to price changes that should reduce implementation costs by 85% while delivering more trading flexibility to respond to competitors on short notice.
