At Noisy Graphics Guy produces websites, digital media, 3d graphics and anything else visual you can show on a computer screen. Guy is also responsible for the programming and technical development at Noisy Graphics Ltd.

As a Senior Artist Guy has been at the forefront of Pivotal Games development: building relationships with outsourcers; evaluating alternative game engines; developing working practices; designing and running formal training; level design; also designing and producing specialised areas of work.

Guy spent this year in-between game development and web development. Doing a bit of both was refreshing and drew on skills learnt in classical origination as well as offering a multitude of new skills to learn.

At Microprose Guy went from Trainee to Lead Artist within 4 years leading a team of 20 artists both in-house and contractors.He invented new workflow and technical art solutions which significantly reduced art costs by up to 75% and developed Microprose UK’s first systemised and scheduled pre-production process.
