CurrentPartner with Liberum clients to understand business strategies and associated organizational change management risks; design, develop, and deliver comprehensive Organizational Change Management plans to achieve project success and employee adoption and satisfaction.Engage and build foundational relationships with client leadership, project sponsors, project team members, vendors, and external stakeholdersExplain the business, organization, cultural, leadership and individual contributing factors that influence organizational solutions to deliver value to the clientLead and execute stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, change impact analysis, education activities, communications, adoption, and adaptation measurement work streamsDevelop and managed large-scale change management and project plans; integrated multiple work streams within each client project, ensuring clients are fully informed about the project plan, and partnering with clients to ensure the speed and quality of the work.Plan, develop, and deliver training programs for clients; develop program guidelines, course plans, training outlines, and course materials, and conduct needs assessments to identify training options
