Guy Pratte is a senior counsel in our disputes group, and divides his time between our Toronto, Ottawa and Montréal offices. Guy focuses his practice on appellate advocacy, commercial litigation (including class actions), administrative law and constitutional law. He is consistently recognized as a leading lawyer in these areas by the foremost legal rankings directories, although he is also often retained in complex cases of all types. A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Guy pleads frequently before the Supreme Court of Canada as well as before the Superior and Appeal Courts of Ontario and Québec, and the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. He is a member of the Order of Canada, and former chair of Pro Bono Ontario and Pro Bono Québec.
