Managing several IT projects for the C4I (Teleprocessing) corps.The projects contain IT infrastructure, interfaces, applications, development (some internally and others with civilian firms), upgrades (both infrastructure & application) and integration.The end users are other corps that I also manage the communications with them and and their involvement in the projects.At the Israeli Independence holiday ceremony (May 2020), I was honored to receive the Corps excellence award, which is usually not awarded to civilians.At the Jewish New Year holiday ceremony (October 2022), I was honored to receive the Corps excellence award once again.

The main project I managed is the establishment of the Israeli branch of the US based Tele-health firm. The project was comprised of all aspects of IT infrastructure, office renovation according to team's needs, ISO certification, knowledge management, procurement procedures and office security.I was also involved in the first major project of the IL branch - Amwell installment with Meuhedet HMO.

I managed the mobile testing activities of Ness implementing a new tool to enhance innovative new mobile applications.Formerly I was Microsoft alliance manager, maximizing cooperation and developing MS expertise at Ness

I was a planning & control manager, part of the management of the CDO group at Ness that was responsible for exellence, methodologies and more. I was in charge of the Bid center team, the utilization manager and the CRM administrator.Afterwards I held the position, reporting directly to the CEO

Responsibility for the bank's customer retention – analysis and planning of the retention of customers by segments.Member of teams that were responsible for the bank's multi-channel policy by analyzing global trends, building new unit for handling premier customers, planning services/financial products bundle pricing, prioritizing and planning bankers' reactive and proactive activities with customers etc.• Through all these activities, had responsibility for Statistics team management, assigning tasks and analyzing data with them, planning and conducting focus groups, brain storming and surveys.

The council was a statutory corporation subordinate to the National Infrastructures Ministry and in charge of developing free industrial parks aiming to boost Israel's economy.My responsibilities included budget management, engineering aspects and preparation of an international tender. I was working closely with the Finance ministry, the PM office etc.
