We collaborated closely with our client’s partners and our crowd partner to build the solution. We took our client (a Nordic start-up, with little or no product management experience) through all aspects of product management, validation, design, backlog creation and MVP definition and managed the competing demands of their partners. I collaborated closely with a UK banking giant on their digital transformation, the role encompassed a wide range of activities including vendor transition management, agile adoption, leading a UI and DevOps transformation, managing competing client demands, building strong client relationships. I achieved all this whilst maintaining trust, absolute transparency and integrity with a good dose of pragmatism and a positive attitude. Within Buildit, I am the co-lead of the Global Delivery Tribe and part of the UK leadership team. I successfully increased tribe engagement through regular global calls using techniques such as lean coffee meetups, coaching and mentoring of colleagues. Successfully pitched for and negotiated budget for a global face-face summit of all Delivery Leads in our Dublin studio. I have led agile training days for some of our key clients from our offices, where through fun and immersive experiential learning games, we have taught the key aspects and benefits of an agile mindset.
