I help organizations positively affect the bottom line by developing and delivering training curriculum and coaching strategies to raise the bar, ultimately bringing employees to their full potential. I train a multitude of topics ranging from customer service and sales to product knowledge and internal systems. This, in conjunction with an innate coaching ability; most recently used to coach regional team members to operational excellence. Using strong verbal and writing skills as a foundation, I've always been able to hold and engage an audience with my passion for the subject. This enables me to read their needs and apply my competency in flexing to those needs in the moment. My goal is to align with an organization that shares the same desire and passion to invest in their team's education to benefit the individual which will ultimately drive a positive result for the company.
