In my role as the Training Specialist I have had the privilege to work with hundreds of people across the globe, both in person and in a virtual environment. As part of a three man team, I contributed to the development of our Training Department. Where all training was done on an ad hoc basis before, we brought standardization and continuity to the training process. I had an active role in selecting the current LMS, (Learning Management System), that we use to house all online training courses for our employees as well as for clients and business partners in their own unique portholes. I am also the touch point for all new hires to acclimate them to our LMS. I work closely with all departments to determine their training needs and provide feedback on how a particular subject should be trained, providing them with recommendations and solutions with the end goal being a fully developed online course. This would involve the building of the course, maintaining it in the LMS over time and updating it as required. I also work very closely with our Human Resources and Compliance teams to ensure quarterly compliance training is selected, delivered and taken within the allotted time.In conclusion, and what I take the most pride in, is our Munch and Learn series of trainings that I have hosted and presented at. Initiated by me in January of 2022 Munch and Learn covers a wide swath of topics and targets a general audience with offerings ranging from the company's core values to other soft skill topics such as communication skills and desktop organization to departmental initiatives and behind the scenes looks at the workings of a department. These sessions have been conducted every month consecutively since their inauguration.

Primary onsite contact person between Credico and Independent Sales Organizations, (ISO), with all efforts being centered around compliance to signed contracts. Visits are positioned to bring new ISO owner's up to speed with the fundamentals of our relationship and give them exposure to the internal systems that they will be using. The overall result intended is growth of offices through longer retention of ISO staff and further ISO openings. The audit piece is intended to ensure that compliance is occurring so that further growth can occur.

Responsible for coaching exposure to risk to branches through observance of cash levels, missing documentation, controllable fraud losses, quarterly on site inspections with the end result being a positive operational scorecard.Conducted annual financial center audits and served as the point person for any updates or enhancements to policy and procedures and coached them to meet compliance standards.Improved quality customer service by regularly visiting banking centers and coaching and training employees on policy and procedural changes.Completed the initial set up and opening of 16 new financial centers within five years. Held weekly conference calls with team members to monitor the progress including construction, equipment placement, office supplies and all internal documentation. Interviewed and trained 65+ new employees for the 16 financial centers on all initial banking processes. Mentored employees through unique opening experiences.Served as SME to deliver training to tellers.

Originator of a department responsible for meeting the training needs for 450 employees giving a semblance of order and structure to an area which had none.Instructed tellers bi-weekly on operations and customer service enabling them to be more proficient and provide quality service to customers.Scheduled all internal, external and out-sourced training. This resulted in a more targeted approach, that eliminated redundancies and allowed staff to have a structured curriculum based position. Facilitated multiple applications of an internal data processing system using state of the art equipment giving participants a more visual and interactive experience.
