 Managed 90 staff and 64,000 home deliveries pa with full financial accountability.  Introduced a trunking network, partnership carriers and out-based depots which raised and maintained the successful delivery rate from 82% to 95% while reducing the cost per delivery by 32% year on year. Implemented a new warehouse management system (PkMS) and SAP for.
