My roles and responsibilities:- Leverage M&A and divesture experience to coach the C suite on strategy for pursuing investments to expand the business operations to include sales, marketing, and software engineering- Create content for investment teasers and pitch decks- Lead discussions during the capital raising rounds which includes individuals, investment bankers, venture capitalists, private equity and company investment funds

As the CTO of the ExaLink native cloud solution and products, my role was to provide for executive engineering leadership in driving the innovation, development and deployments of our industry solutions that supported pharmaceutical revenue management, anti-fraud solutions for claims reimbursement, asset value modeling and calculation for mergers and acquisition and quality management for medical devices. In addition to the mentioned solutions, I led our R&D efforts in advanced imaged recognition systems for security systems, network emulation for mobile device testing using the cloud and hybrid cloud cost optimizations by automated job deployment to cloud providers with the lowest cost.Additional duties included:- Lead role in the divesture of the ExaLink business to Model N for a $60M transaction- Led the introduction of software engineering practices and talent acquisition for product development to Deloitte Advisory- Provided executive leadership to plan and manage scope, schedule, budgets and quality for product realization teams for information technologies in support of $352M in revenue for the products group - Invented the ExaLink architecture for next generation cloud-based platforms and applications based upon a design pattern we call microcontainers- Led teams composed of over 350+ personnel for software engineering including client integration and application development- Continually assess new and emerging cloud technologies to increase managed services productivity

My roles and responsibilities:- Provide executive leadership to manage a top line target of $100M, P&L objective of the wireless team's vision, mission and strategic goals to meet our company's performance expectations- Provide executive to an organic team size of 200+ composed of product developers and product managers along with several contract engineering offshore development centers (100 engineers)- Develop on-going efforts to improve the overall product development processes and procedures- Ensure effective team execution on scope, schedule, resources, costs, and quality for our projects- Lead the development for the following technologies for FPGA, hardware, software and protocols: RF channel emulation (faders), GNSS, GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, HSPA, LTE, VoLTE, RCS, IMS, and WiFi- Our technologies tests through L1 - L7 on mobile devices with an emphasis on end-to-end testing- Colloborate with our manufacturing leadership to establish production KPIs to improve prediction of delivery of products to customers and overall quality improvements

My roles and responsibilities:- Provided executive engineering and manufacturing leadership to build a business from the ground up to build a revolutionary mobile device optimized to digitialize the learning process for students called the Entourage Edge.- Developed annual budgets for R&D, manufacturing operational expenses and capital items- Managed the product development execution of the industry's first dual screen Android-based tablet with integrated WIFI, Bluetooth and cellular interfaces- Invented and designed groundbreaking user interfaces for dual eReader and Tablet applications- Provided project management support for HW, SW and system test for the development of eReader and Tablet style products that focus on multimedia applications that use Wi-Fi and 3G- Set up and managed the outsourcing relationship with Foxconn for supply chain and manufacturing including warehousing and distribution

My roles and responsibilities:- Collaborated with fellow senior executives to create a unique medical video delivery system for healthcare professionals by leading the Project Management Organization for HW and SW engineering- Created an offshore development center (+25 people) for software development- Manage demand planning, supply chain and operations to produce information technology video solutions using Flash, H.264 and JPEG2000 built on FPGAs for enterprise and health care markets- Developed project and annual budgets for operational expense and capital items for all product development efforts

My roles and responsibilities:- Provided executive leadership for the development of optical network terminators for fiber to the home systems (BPON and GPON) for the largest FTTH build out in the US ($23B) which saw revenues rise from $28K to $200M in 3 years- Collaborated on several innovative designs for FTTH resulting in nearly 20 patent applications- The direction setting and management of all product and ASIC development, quality and system test engineers including manufacturing testing for FTTH initiatives- Managed the manufacturing transitions to acquiring company's offshore contract manufacturer- Communicated with fellow executives and customers regarding product capabilities and project status- Developed and implemented all manufacturing and product development quality processes and metrics systems

My roles and responsibilities:- Lead the engineering and delivery efforts for next generation communication intelligence assets hosted on airborne platforms by utilizing DFARS in execution of project management duties- Defined and managed scope, schedule, cost, resources and quality for projects mainly targeting government agencies within a CMMI level 3 organization- Collaborated with systems engineering to design solutions for RF signals intercept and exploitation- Developed formal RFP responses for government contract opportunities

My roles and responsibilities:- Established the company's first Program Management Office to provide executive oversight for product development and manufacturing efforts.- Managed all program managers assigned to North American engineering projects.- Managed system validation for product portfolio for North American product deployments.- Primary interface to company's senior executives on the overall status of programs by using Program Management Dashboards.- Provided program management support for key R&D projects that included SONET digital cross connects and DOCSIS cable telephony systems.

Corporate staff position responsible for:- Company wide process improvements with a focus on ISO/TL9000 and SW CMM and SE CMM (previous models of CMMI).- Established of key product development practices for engineering.- Established corporate policies, procedures for manufacturing quality control and assisted in the design of quality control data collection as a component of a Manufacturing Execution System for first time yield analysis.- Developed methods and procedures for portfolio project management systems.- Designed and developed several software and database applications for managing and reporting status on risk management, product development and execution.

Responsible for:- Designed and developed a multi-plant MES and SCADA systems for managing the automated functional and system test systems for control and monitoring as a component of production throughput- Designed and developed a configuration management system for manufacturing test software- Early adopter of HTML and web based technologies by designing and developing a global document management system, quality records and factory configuration management as a component of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES)- Local Area and Wide Area Network design and implementation for a global software distribution system- Unix system administration for a large scale network to support automated testing during manufacturing.- Defining and implement software quality process for test software used in the manufacturing process.- Provide all configuration management support for SW, HW and documentation.- Designed and developed automation test software and hardware for ASICs and PCBs for DS1, DS3 and SONET based port modules

My roles and responsibilities:- Performed aircrew duties for communications systems engineering on the airborne command post (PACCS - Post Attack Command and Control) to support national command authorities with over 600 flight hours- Managed the combat crew training school for in-flight communication systems engineers- Executed system verification and validation testing for newly release software and hardware for radio and satellite encrypted communications- Provided operational launch support of intercontinental ballistic missiles
