At DELA I was part of the IT management team and end-2-end responsible for 2 domains within the IT organization:Portfolio Management:I enhanced the visibility on the portfolio of IT projects, making them visible and objectifying both cost and business value. I reported to the board on a monthly basis and this portfolio process was later enhanced and expanded to include all non-IT projects as well.IT Delivery for the Insurance businessFor this domain I managed 5 mixed agile teams, consisting of both internal and external (near-shore) resources. We managed the operation of the existing environment and development of new applications and functionalities.
