Our approach is hands-off from the UK and very hands-on from the Sri Lankan team - who know the situation on the ground in huge detail.Part of our work has included replacing dirty paraffin lamps with clean solar lamps to clean up the air in our students' homes and provide them with free lighting by which to do their homework in the dark tropical evenings.
