Support our consulting and client service colleagues to ensure that they are in the best position to deliver innovative world-class solutions and service to our customers.Responsibilities include:• Working closely with MMA clients as a lead consultant to develop and execute customer’s strategic plan management initiatives.• Leadership, strategic direction and oversight for sales, sales enablement, marketing and business development.• Create, guide and promote practices and new product offerings.• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including partners, clients and carriers.• Recruit and develop sales and service talent to expand our team.• Identify merger & acquisition opportunities that meet MMA’s selective talent and culture requirements.
