Almerico Ltd is a building contractor, with operations in Hull and Leeds, that specialises in property refurbishment and repairs.We have extensive experience within the insurance repair market, being appointed by numerous networks and insurers direct, general maintenance and refurbishment projects as well as working for Housing Associations. We strive to ever improve our service to clients and end user alike providing professional, quality workmanship within an agreed timescale and budget. We are well aware of the need for monitoring service levels and performance and believe that communication between all parties is key to delivering a successful project.Almerico currently provides its services to the HU, YO, DN, WF and LS postal code areas, from our offices in Hull and Leeds, covering all trades. Our tradesmen all wear Almerico uniforms, carry ID cards and are CRB checked upon commencing employment. Our fleet of over 25 signwritten vans and surveyors vehicles are GPS tracked, all being directed by our computerised booking system from survey to commencing works and completion.Specialties: I first entered the insurance repair industry (by mistake) around 20 years ago as a contractor working for Green Flag and have been hooked ever since. I was able to concentrate fully on this market when forming Almerico and had an unexpected learning curve from the floods of June 2007. My ambition is to develop Almerico into a first class, standard leading Insurance Repair Contractor that offers excellent service and rewards to Clients, Employees and Customers alike.
