Third-shift Military/Commercial Landing Gear Manufacturing Engineering support of machining production, for Boeing, Lockheed Martin and Air Bus, qualification, and tool / program verification, with program specific support for all configurations of Boeing C-17 Landing Gear production and assembly. Worked with floor operators addressing; machine malfunctions, CNC program, tooling issues and QC non-conformance's.•15+ years of experience on proper application and assessment of GD&T used for defining and documentation on extremely complex engineering drawings•Maintained 22 Boeing C-17 MLG and NLG machined components process documentation and approvals•Internal QC approvals and The Boeing Co. submission change approvals first time every time•Developed, aligned and implemented documentation process plans, OP Sketches and processes for all 12 components of the Boeing C 17 Landing Gear Bush Bore and Paint production•All process FAI completed and signed off by The Boeing Co. and DCMA first time on schedule•Evaluated and designed Boeing C-17 LG tooling, fixture & CNC programming upgrades with Pro/Engineer Creo•Directed EH&S implementation machine guarding team evaluating requirements•Worked with outside sources developing proper guarding and fall protection system

Lear Romec DivisionDeveloped and implemented cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods within product specifications. Supported production while evaluating and recommending cost savings solutions. Aided the Tiger Team; addressing corrections on 3 component parts types that consisted of 150 to 200 part numbers with 10 to 15 processes and 7 to 12 OP Sketches per Manufacturing Outline.•Created new Manufacturing Outline documentation for each part from Templates using Oracle•All successfully approved threw 3 phase checking process on the first time through•Created and maintained all CAD templates and implemented standards used by The Tiger Team•Drawing checker, checking OP Sketch and Routings for quality and accuracy•Assisted in high-priority actions and covered for Engineering lead in his absence

Enterprise Welding & Fabricating, Inc., Contracted through Choice Designs inc. Assigned new sheet metal fabricated production products to create new ProE Creo solid model assemblies, transformed into flat patterns, and then nested in material blank size for best material yield. Programmed CNC laser machine to produce final flat. Defined process to form correct radius using press break and designed proper gauging tools. Created routing and hyper link solid models in ERP system.•Developed PTC Pro/Engineer CREO solid models for CNC Laser Programing, Press Break processing. Designed fixtures, process tools and gauges as required. Developed process routings and a paperless definition through hyperlinks•Completed, reviewed and released all processes for floor production ahead of schedule.

(Manufacturer of Diagnostic Imaging System)Prototype Technician; Assembled and applied shielded cable and transfer assemblies for “PET MRI” imaging machine and revolving floor assembly.
