Management of key insecticide products and unique technology offers within the insecticide portfolio. Project management and new project submissions within the Nufarm business cycle developed in conjunction with Global and regional management teams. All linked to Nufarm's Global crop segment strategy approach.

Global management of Nufarm's portfolio of biorational products, plant growth regulators and adjuvants. Development of new business opportunities within this portfolio linked to Nufarm's strategic expansion within these product segments The development and formation of Global and regional license and product development agreements with Third Party suppliers. Initiation of a biological seed treatment focus with Global seed treatment team. Management of Third Party supplier relationships and category strategy implementation. Support of our Regional business operations with crop segment focus on horticulture or TNVV.

Management of new insecticide projects and management of plant growth regulators (PGR) portfolio globally. The initiation and implementation of a biopesticide category strategy for the development of biopesticides within the Nufarm business globally. The development of new company relationships, agreements and ongoing management of Third Party suppliers.

The implementation of Nufarm's strategic focus on the horticulture market segment in Australia with the support and management of a dedicated horticulture team. Key areas of focus were commercial account management, national pricing and distribution agreements, internal business and third party forecast management, new product and registration expansion launches from concept to commercial reality, development and management of third party accounts for horticulture. Key products and registrations launched by the team included Cabrio, Filan, Pristine, Aero, Polram DF, Regalis, Corasil and Lancer and the Power Yield program for disease management for potato growers.
