The life-changing events of ministering to my dying mom taught me not only how to minister to the dying, but also how to minister to the living. I provided, through AFBA, free life insurance policies to every first responder in the State of Nevada. This was an incredible experience of protecting those who serve and protect us. While it was only a two-year engagement, I made many great relationships with Nevada’s finest.

I acquired KEEN17-TV, a Class A Low power television station in Las Vegas Nevada for the sole purpose of using the power of the media to unite and serve the local community.

Developed sales team and sales strategy for a new eCommerce service that automated the supply chain process for Fortune 500 companies and their vendors. Trained sales reps to arrange meetings with the C-level executive responsible for such services, and then assisted the representative in the sale. This process led to securing contracts with many of the top retailers and growing sales by 300% per year for each year under my direction.

I invented the first insert credit card reading pay telephone and partnered with a few investment bankers to take the Company public. We successfully replaced the pay telephones in airports and airline club rooms throughout the United States, ultimately selling off the pay telephone division in mid-1987 to focus our full attention to the processing of telco calling cards and bank cards for long distance telephone companies, operator service companies as well as pay telephone providers.

I grew Digitel to become the largest independent telephone company serving the Las Vegas resorts, and then sold the company to concentrate my energies on creating the first credit card reading pay telephone.
