Business Development Manager – Responsible for new business development and recruiting for clerical, industrial and light industrial clients.  Generated a substantial amount of engineering and technical business as a result of past client relationships.  Received two different awards as a result of new business development and recruiting.

Area Manager – Started up new staffing offices in Rochester and Syracuse, NY. Responsible for all recruiting, sales, hiring and training during first 9 months of start-up period and later remained involved in all recruiting and sales efforts. Generated sales to a run rate of $2.5 MM. in Rochester and 1.5MM in Syracuse.

Responsible for area level management and sales of branches and satellites, including all hiring, planning and profit improvement, with full P&L responsibilities. Sales volume was in excess of $ 25MM per year, resulting in a 300% increase in sales and a 400%+ increase in profit within a 5 year period, with over 500 client companies including several.
