To support this feedback loop, versioned standards for different technologies will be set up in a project & change trajectory.ICT policy will be updated, process steps detailed, integrated abacus implemented.We'll introduce training and will coach the people in the field. In a next stage, use case point analysis will be introduced to support sizing & productivity metrics.In the end estimations and budgets should be more aligned with bpost sourcing partners throughout the project life cycle.
