A few notes about me...I specialize in performance driven, customer focused leadership. I build and retain relationships, lead customer success, customer service and sales teams, lead business development initiatives, and bring proven leadership, hiring, training and team building strategies with me in all that I do. Having worked in early stage start-ups, hyper growth VC funded organizations, the advertising & marketing industry, leading tech and design orgs, Apple, Novartis...I bring with me a diverse set of experiences to help grow each organization I am privileged enough to work with. You will find me building new organizations, or scaling and improving existing ones. I currently lead two consulting businesses. A GTM consulting firm for businesses of all sizes, and a thinktank for mobile hospitality growth, advising food service start ups in launch strategy, operational efficiency, social media, branding and beyond.I am passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, having studied at Cornell to deepen my knowledge and put into practice on the Novartis DEI Council and Quest Montessori School board of Directors DEI committee.
