Developing DNA analysis tools, for detecting and categorizing different types of cancer, using statistical analysis of different mutational signatures in DNA sequences.My main work includes building a script that collects certain mutations from DNA sequences and figuring a way to get a very high signal to noise ratio, so we can detect Melanoma originated DNA fragment in a very small concentration.Working with big data, NGS, computer cluster, python, R, bash, AWK and c++.

I was working on protein-protein interactions, protein-ligand interactions and on structure based virtual screening.I utilized numerous tools for predicting protein structure from sequence, assessing model validity and docking proteins and ligands.I wrote Python and Bash scripts in order to scale up the docking process and analyze the results.

I worked at a lab that specialize in solving protein structure, more specifically in amyloids.
