Very enjoyable time at SLM, wonderful team and good management.• Position was focused on lead generation, telesales and customer service. Regularly met and exceeded KPI’s for lead generation, calls and meetings with previous, new and “cold” customers. Networking was frequent and successful, pitching to potential customers in a variety of locations.• Volunteered to create a social media circular which was to become the format for the region in terms of setting goals, reviewing current social presence and how to improve on various platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
