As an independent consultant, I help organisations to create business value with their intranet and digital workplace projects. My areas of focus:- Building a digital workplace strategy and roadmap for implementation- Quantifying the Return On Investment of new intranet initiatives.- Collecting requirements, producing an RFP document and helping clients to select the right software.- Managing implementation projects and ensuring that the targeted business value is actually delivered.Next to my consulting activities, I also manage the Belgian Intranet & Digital Workplace Group. This is a group of intranet and internal communication professionals from a variety of companies and industries. They meet 3-4 times per year to discuss intranet case studies, exchange best practices and learn from each other’s experience.I am also the organiser of the annual Brussels Digital Workplace Conference, a one-day conference dedicated to intranets, digital and hybrid workplaces, employee experience and the future of work.

Managed SWIFT's portfolio of internal and external digital channels. This includes websites such as www.swift.com and www.swiftcommunity.net as well as SWIFT's intranet. Led a team of product managers and communication specialists who define and implement SWIFT’s online strategy.

Managed various projects to improve swift.com, SWIFT's main corporate website. Transformed swift.com to a platform that supports multiple business processes and interactions with customers. Introduced online ordering, online management of configuration data, and self-service support applications. Managed a team of business analysts and project managers.

Responsible for all product management aspects of SWIFT's secure communications network.

Responsible for all marketing and product management aspects of various products in the Alliance family of SWIFT interface software.

Installed software products and trained end-users on-site in more than 30 banks across Europe. Provided second line assistance to solve customers’ problems.

Provided technical advice and delivered product presentations and demos to prospective customers. Worked with the account management team to prepare commercial proposals and respond to RFPs.
