-Supervising the scope of works in line with project requirements to include the remediation of a $13m former gasworks and the cleaning up and stabilisation of an asbestos contaminated dump site, .- Consultation with contractors, property owners, local government authorities- Preparation and review of SWMS, SOPs, emergency plans, site signage, security etc- Ensuring site paperwork and digital formats complete, up to date and meets legislative requirements- Ensuring the lawful disposal and logging of contaminated materials, tar and asbestos- Surveying and marking out grid squares using Trimble- Compliance auditing, cost tracking.- Compose and implement Traffic Management Plans- Delivery of site specific inductions, toolbox talks and daily consultations- Plant and equipment inspections, checked and tagged- Management of daily deliveries /exchanges- The running of the water treatment facility

• For the last 6 months of employment with Biogenie worked with their sister company Celtic Technologies as a construction site foreman and co-ordinator

• Daily on-site supervision of site operations and personnel including other technicians, labourers, machine operators and subcontractors. Sample collecting and preparation for analysis. Liaison with Project Manager to conduct projects in adherence with the project plan and adherence to quality plans.• Due to be made project manager in 2009.• Supervision of construction site operations including liaison with the Project Manager and Project Director.• Taking on the role of Project Manager in certain circumstances and working towards becoming a Project Manager.

• Extensive Subsurface Groundwater and Soil Remediation to include Thermal Treatment 6 Phase Heating, Air Sparging/Vacuum Capture, Cut Off or Semi Permeable Barriers, Free product recovery, Pump and Treat, Vapour Extraction and Treatment all covered and more.• On site evaluation/monitoring of ground water/product, analysis of air and contaminants, borehole logging and control of potentially hazardous materials.• Operating as part of a small team or individually.• Site Managing to up to 10 personnel including drilling and all groundwork.• Development and implementation of innovative technologies.• The use and maintenance of HVE (High Vacuum Extraction) equipment
