I moved in Advanced Technology to spear head the growth of it's Product team, growing the team of 5 Product Managers to 11, organising cross functional teams with both short and long term roadmaps to drive strategy within Robotic Vision, Haptics and Mechatronics within the UK. Part of the role involved managing the integration of a recent acquisition of Haddington Dynamics and their portfolio and sales pipeline.Focusing on the development, strategy and long term vision of multiple Robotic manipulation solutions.

Group Product Manager, within Asset Handling Automation, responsible for all of Ocado's proprietary materials handling equipment (MHE) enabling automation of order fulfilment. With a range of challenges to design for, a vast number of machines around the world, and substantial rate of development. Managing the MHE throughout its entire lifecycle and covering both hardware and software. Using a mixture of prototyping and simulation as a key to development success, as well as incorporating data from the field to enable high performance and make decisions for the future.

- Managed PLC & Peripherals Assembly Products consisting of multiple development teams.- Reorganised ongoing product process with PLC development teams to increase efficiency;- Managed stakeholders across multiple departments to assist ongoing Ocado Group goals;- Owned Jira Cloud for entire organisation and defined ongoing management processes;- Defined SDLC & SOC2 Compliance plans for proprietary materials handling equipment

- Managed all customer facing solutions, consisting of the full lifecycle of 4 legacy applications and the 3 ‘next-gen’ SaaS applications designed to replace them.- Ran EU Product team as well as specific SME US resources dedicated to solutions.- Worked alongside VP of Engineering to plan and resource long term vision.- Spoke at multiple E-Comm conferences on various AI & Search driven conversations.- Worked with the existing Global product team to bring enterprise level processes into the company.- Worked with the US DoD on AI ML Algorithm matching

- Managed Product, Development & Data Science teams reporting directly into the CTO.- Implemented enterprise level processes to guide Digital Fineprint from a start-up mentality towards a SaaS Enterprise agreement process.- Worked closely with AXA & Royal Sun Alliance to solidify partnerships with SalesForce & Dow Jones.- Created the strategy around a 3-year product plan and road-map.- Developed a hiring strategy for DFP to follow to allow them to continue building on the success.

- Concept development & MVP & FR planning of new global product responsible for management of 60,000 servers & over 500,000 docker instances;- Managed vendors for requirements gathering, development, testing and support as well as bespoke e-learning platform portfolio.- Designed technical architecture for the IT Asset Collection Tool.- Ownership of EPOS hardware lifecycle.

IT Platform Specialist - Working with McDonald's Europe to deliver ePOS, back office and infrastructure solutions across 42 countries in Europe and and North Africa. Working within small timescales to assist local markets with setup, training, planning, bespoke development & deployment of upto 5 stores and then supporting massive deployment on a European scale. With a team of technical personnel reporting to myself as final port of call on all technical issues.

Sub contracted to McDonald's Europe as a Deployment Lead for the global pilot project with the newest in house ePOS system as well as the development of tools and server, handheld and POS O/S images used globally for mass deployments in both Windows Mobile, Windows XP Embedded and Server 2003 R1 and R2. This included visualization of both Windows 7 and XP.Development of JavaScript libraries to manage tax calculations and integration for Eastern European Fiscal requirements.Part of this was the development and testing of Cisco network generation 3.2 and 3.4 which are used across the US and Europe.As well as working on the development IBM Worldpay e-cash solution for McDonald's. The additions we made were later sold along with the full solution to Toshiba for deployment with many other companies worldwide.

Technical Analyst for McDonald's UK and IE fixing issues with the legacy POS system, back office and hardware issues remotely.On top of this I worked special programming projects for McDonald's UK and scripting new programs to create automated fixes to common issues caused by restaurants.During my time at SEI I also wrote the in office screen system to pull call times, amount of calls waiting, senior tech's on shift to assist normal techs which is still used in the office to this day.
