I am an educator who enjoys learning from my students. I am an analyst who puts stakeholders and the community first. I have an intense passion and commitment to customer service and local outreach and seek to uphold these priorities throughout my professional career. My motivation is the success of my students, my colleagues, and my community.I hold a Masters in Public Administration from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University, with concentrations in Public Financial and local government management. My specific areas of interest within my concentrations include administration on a local government level and in the non-profit arena, as well as the development of social capital in urban environments.My undergraduate degree has given me a solid background in economics and political science. But just as important for me was the experience outside the classroom, with the community, and in customer service. The character trait I feel most essential and applicable to a life of professional public service, that of being an understanding and caring individual, willing to make the concerns of customers and fellow community members a top priority.
