Guy has an extensive career at the Senior Management, CEO, founder level spanning Corporate, SME and Private Equity in Start-up and expansion, from both investor and investee. Most recently, Guy has completed ten years with then NZX Publicly listed company, New Image Group. The initial engagement came after the group acquired he co-founded the business Somnaceutics Limited, with its clinically proven Sleep enhancing Milk peptide. During this period, Guy operated as GM of the listed company and was a key founder for the split out of the new division, - NIG Nutritionals, now an international leader in health and wellness products, primarily focused on goat based dairy Nutritionals and early through to adult stage nutritional products and nutraceuticals. NIGN has an integrated supply chain from farms to branded consumer products exporting to over 13 countries, including 10 years in China. The group has grown annual revenue several times during this period to exceed NZ$300M. NIG Nutritionals grew from revenue below NZ$10M to above NZ$100m.Guy's diverse background, originating with marketing, senior management, and leadership in business and corporate environments. He has both a disciplined background born out of a marketing and corporate pedigree from over a decade’s experience in fast-moving consumer goods, coupled with significant entrepreneurship and start-up experience having recently co-founded, led and exited a consumer and industrial products, joint venture technology and start-up; recently in biotech, health and wellness supplements and dairy.This early career was from a foundational period of 11 years in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) with companies such as Goodman Fielder and Heinz-Wattie’s. He held senior management, Australasian divisional President and international posting responsibilities. Revenue responsibility exceeding NZ$500m and expenditure budgets NZ$200m plus. During this period, he developed expertise in wide aspects of sales and marketing, brand development, R & D and innovation, strategic partnering, deal negotiation, and divisional leadership for retail, food-service, industrial & new channels, with international responsibilities extending to Australia and Asia. Mr Wills Holds a BBS (Marketing and Psychology) and is currently studying for his Doctorate in Integrative Medicine.Mr Wills is a fitness enthusiast and holds a private pilot license. He was a trustee of the conservation foundation and a volunteer for the SPCA pet therapy program.
