Enabling, maintaining and supporting analytical capabilities for HQ and the Field. Organize advisory board for input, drive requirements, governance and program management for the delivery of transformational leading indicators for the Services business and analytical capabilities. Optimize the investment portfolio of BI assets, manage multi-year roadmaps, conceptualize BI architect and design, work with the LOB Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze and rationalize business needs. Provide the underlying data layers. • Create a new Sales Dashboard and a global sales forecasting tool, and design data views and reports for different audiences for: • Pipeline management and related KPIs • Forecasting process and associated trends (deal based forecasting), plus management of a global forecast file. • Revenue attainment views and KPIs by geography and timeframe • Provide the business insight, reporting and scorecard management for Sitecore’s new partner program. • Subject matter expert for how customer data is used within Sitecore, especially in revenue management systems and Dynamics CRM and other source systems. • Gathering data from several internal systems (license ordering system, ERP, Finance reports, revenue reporting, customer enablement, etc.) and build easy to use and flexible reporting solutions to support weekly, monthly and quarterly business review cadence, as well as ad-hoc requirements for analysis. • Provide analyst services to sales stakeholders in the field and work effectively across groups enabling accurate measurement and reporting of revenue and non-revenue business metrics. • Gain full understanding of available data sources, structures and tools recommending enhancements to existing systems where possible. • Support the global Sales leadership team through reporting and analytics for planning, business management and sales execution. • Provide creative solutions by development of new tools, ideas and techniques through BI and analytics. • Analyze, derive and communicate pertinent, insightful conclusions and business insight.
