Assist in the daily operations of the accounting department. Processed company payroll for more than 50 employees, collected and analyzed timesheets, prepared reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, garnishments, deductions and leave wages. Recorded financial transactions, deposits and income. Completed the posting process using Accounting/Administrative Software (A2 Software similar to QuickBooks) as well as daily and monthly bank reconciliation. Performed all activities related to the accounts payable functions including reviewing, coding, and processing payments. Performed accounts receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition.
