Created several incremential versions of internally used CRM for managing recruitment data and assisting sales. The customer calls the tool "invaluable" for reaching it's operational goals.Created e-aptaujas.lv - an online survey and research engine, delivering configurable Checkpoint 360 degree surveys, ad-hoc surveys and advanced charting using FusionCharts.Implemented likeit.lv - a niche IT job portal. In a few years it has become the second most popular portal for publishing and finding IT-related jobs in Latvia. Created the initial concept, implemented it and participated in marketing of the site.Technologies: PHP, MySQL, HTML5, Backbone, AngularJS, jQuery, SphinxSearch, FusionCharts, Linux.

Participated in performance optimization and development of a start-up based advertisement portal, leading a team of developers, implementing a set of best practices and tools.

Worked on research and development in a product based software company. Combining Microsoft .NET and Open Source (jQuery) technologies created a framework for a new version of the company's main product, the Web part of it. Based on the innovative developments, the company applied and successfuly acquired funding from EU Structural Fonds, in the "Development of new products and technologies" programme.

Continuation and expansion of the work at Data Pro in a new legal framework. Participated in development, integration and support of more than 20 web applications for customers from United States, Switzerland, Germany and Latvia, which include some of the top universities in Switzerland.

Started as a web UI developer, then continued as a developer and later as a project manager. In the scope of the project participated in development of more than 20 web applications for academical, privately-owned and non-profit organizations in United States, Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
