Projects required extensive business and organization transition management and organizational readiness.- Successfully deployed IT Infrastructure for SAP ERP application for a leading Telecom Service Provider. Project completed successfully saving penalties. Project also included Information Security implementation.- Data Centre Relocation Project (IBM) – migrated and consolidated datacentre and core business applications for a leading Telecom Service Provider. Independently managed migration of 3 key locations. (Won award for this project)
