Responsibilities-----------------------Analysis of plant problems or failures and producing a detail research report with recommendations containing proactive measures for the Linear alkyl benzene plant.To lead and manage the operations team for achieving maximum productivity of high quality LAB product as per SOP’s and SOC’s and fulfilling statutory and environmental regulations.Special Projects-----------------------DeFine (10% LAB production enhancement), LPG (Waste recovery), and PINCH technology (Energy conservation) projects.
