As a Trainee at ACCIONA, I had the privilege of participating in the IXPA program, a program designed to train future project managers. During my career at IXPA, I began my journey in the engineering sector, where I acquired several crucial skills related to project management. My main responsibility in this role was managing the project flow and analyzing them.Later, I was transferred to the Production sector, where I had the opportunity to dive even deeper into the development of activities in the field. There, I was able to witness the transformation of projects that previously existed only on paper into concrete reality. My main activities included field monitoring and support in the office's internal operations.As an Intern at ACCIONA, I was involved in the area of Development of New Infrastructure Businesses, such as subways, highways and bridges. I used analytical skills and data analysis tools to evaluate the feasibility, profitability and sustainability of these projects, and to communicate the results to stakeholders.I have a solid background in civil engineering, with a bachelor's degree from Universidade Cidade de São Paulo and two postgraduate degrees from Escola Politécnica da USP and Universidade Politécnica de Madrid, with a focus on megaproject management and project administration. I also acquired several certifications in software such as Autocad, MS Project and ERP systems, which I apply in the design, planning and implementation of projects.In my previous role as a technical consultant, I updated and implemented ERP systems for several clients and provided ongoing training and support. I was also responsible for negotiating and approving the import of international products, and for setting up and managing the warehouse with cloud-based stock control. Through these experiences, I developed my business development, negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as my proficiency in English and French.I am passionate about learning new technologies and methodologies and I am always looking for opportunities to improve my skills and knowledge. I am also motivated by the impact of my work on society and the environment, and strive to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of clients and communities.
