The platform, in conjunction with the integrators, is responsible for managing the entire educational environment through integrations with Google Education products and their tools. The entire solution operates within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment. I have also been involved in customer support, ranging from leading alignment and clarification meetings to handling support tickets through the FreshDesk platform.
