As the Lead Pastor (Campus Pastor) I was invited to lead the charge in standing up a new worship location. This project included a $500+K renovation and a $500+K first-year budget. We launched and grew the location from 58 to over 300 ppl (400% increase). Led a 30% increase in general giving in the first 9 months. Innovated groups/teams' training and structure resulting in the highest participation rate (over 60%) across all locations. Project-managed over 1200+ events and mentored 300+ leaders.While in this role, I was able to develop several strategic partnerships within the local community. Established effective teams and systems to operate a ~300 person congregation to include weekend experience, children's programming, small groups, and community service projects.

As the Connections Pastor, I supported and directed the people, and systems for moving people from guest to engaged partners (members). • Organized and led a volunteer/paid staff to manage the following core operations for a church of ~2500 weekend attendees: (Guest Services, Cafe, Emergency Response, Core Classes, and Connection Systems) • Developed and implemented systems to support the engagement of 800+ volunteers. • Created events that drove a 60% increase of engagement and participation in small groups and teams.Additional skills: identify and develop leaders, motivate and engage volunteers, organize skilled and unskilled volunteers, organize programs and projects.

As Guest Services Director I worked with volunteer teams to deliver a delightful experience from the street to the seat. • Administered ~30 Core Courses per annum• Developed the people and systems to manage ~300 skilled and unskilled volunteers to provide Guest support for 3 weekend experiences with 2,000 - 2,500 attendees.

Through Guiding Hands and Hope Adolescent Services I worked directly with troubled families to provide the "safe and secure transportation" of at-risk-teens to private education institutions. • Generated ~$350K in revenue. • Safely transported ~100 at-risk-teenagers across the U.S. • Recruited and trained 20+ transportation agents.
