Includes identifying, defining and developing tracking and reporting of customer and financial metrics. • Oversee Search Engine Marketing program which generated over $350,000 incremental revenue in the first month and is currently generating over $500,000 per month.• Worked with financial analysts to develop the 2004 revenue forecast. • Extracted, analyzed and reported on key business data from a variety of sources.• Piloted the PFP model in 2 markets and 2 sales channels. The pilot resulted in sales that were 167% of the goal and the change in company revenue model.• Developed the pricing and business policies for the national rollout of the Pay For Performance Model.

• Negotiated and managed sales partnerships with American Express, Verisign, Respond.com and Website Pros which resulted in over $60,000 per month in revenue in the first year.• Oversaw the development of the self-enrollment engine and implemented email and online marketing campaigns resulting in revenue of over $40,000 per month.• Hired, trained and managed a cross-functional team of 8 people to develop national and local content for over 50 markets, support 3,000 customers and provide image support to 15 markets• Negotiated a $2.6 million content syndication partnership with a national radio network of 190 stations in 42 markets.

• Developed business and operational guidelines to provide the structure to support the creation of 6 regions and 23 new markets. The “Levels of Authority” guidelines outline where decision making occurs for the business and staffing model, personnel matters such as hiring and management, financial decision levels and reporting structure. • Developed sales management training program and trained over 35 General Sales Managers.• Managed cross functional teams that integrated companies such as CityAuction and Career Builder into the Citysearch product. • Created and maintained the “Product Related Guidelines” which set sales policies for online products, operational guidelines for content collection and online product specifications. Approved exceptions to all policies.

Raised over $15 million through corporate campaigning with CEO’s and Senior Executives to benefit 300 agencies in the Los Angeles Community. Managed regional Loaned Executive program and oversaw recruitment, training and staff assignments for 15-20 people per year. Conceived and implemented the Employee Chairs’ Institute which trained 300 volunteers from 200 companies to effectively run a United Way Employee Campaign. United Way of America used the program as a national training model.
