Assists the project manager and superintendent(s) in successful completion of their current project(s) including: submittals and shop drawings (tracking and distribution); drawings; specifications and addenda (tracking and distribution); inputs and updates project schedules working with the project manager and superintendent; RFIs and RFPs (track and coordinate); and estimating (assist in soliciting and evaluating subcontractor bids; performing quantity take offs; analyzing project job cost).
