In 2005 Mr. Coss founded GW Construction Consulting, LLC to provide expertise in the field of Heavy Construction, within the New York City construction market and adjacent areas.Mr. Coss has over 40 years experience in the construction industry. He began his career part-time in High School, first as a draftsman and surveyor and then as an inspector and Resident Engineer, before joining the Cruz Organization in 1976.Responsible for Contract Administration, Project Management, Scheduling, Claims Analysis, Purchasing and Marketing.He has advanced through many positions from Estimator, Project Manager, Chief Estimator, Vice President, NYC Division Vice President and Project Executive. He remained with EE Cruz & Company until 2006.Specialties: Estimating, Scheduling, Claims & Project Managementfor the Heavy/Highway Construction Industry along theNortheast Corridor and in the State of California.
