Customer Success Manager
Current Support clients as needed, building relationships while conveying company opportunities to support client needs. Research and prepare proposals to include coordinating with technical resources and vendor partners to secure best pricing for customers. Track customers utilizing ConnectWise and quote through Connectwise CPQ. Manage company-wide renewals for manufacturer and third-party software and hardware maintenance renewals. Includes licensing and hardware for Microsoft NCE, SAAS, firewall, WAP, Aruba, Adobe, UPS, Dell and any other new or renewal needed. Proactively identify and address customer issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift and effective problem resolution. Proactively provide regular communication with clients and facilitate customer issues with additional resources as needed. Research hardware with Dell and prepare quotes, deal registrations and company standards as required per each client. Support internal resources as needed by developing proposals, coordinating with manufacturer or vendor resources for pricing or preferred registrations and following up to other internal customer requests as assigned.
