The United States Academic Decathlon® is a ten-event scholastic competition for teams of high school students. I led a team of five in test localization and user satisfaction improvement while considering test validity and reliability. B2B development: Built an Academic Community of Practice (CoP) to associate with different stakeholder groups including 400+ international schools in China and overseas study agencies. Held on-site conferences and training sessions and registered over 200 international school teachers. To G: Keep in line with the “Double Reduction Policy” and report to the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education. Enhance ideological and political self-education to reduce censorship risks.

English Test for International Communication® is a business English certificate developed by the China Language Assessment Center. I was in charge of the B2B development of Northern China. We improved product awareness in universities and companies by operating school competitions, teacher training and school-enterprise job fairs. In February 2020, I led a team of 18 and quickly responded to the Covid-19 outbreak. We changed the marketing strategy from onsite 2B to 2C online test preparation platform operation and saved sales. The platform is still in use.
