Manage the IBD Supply Chain Function through direct line management responsibility in areas of planning, forecasting and stock management.• Ensure the team deliver a highlight quality supply chain function• Continuously review the processes that support the integrity and accuracy of the supply chain function from source to market, to ensure cost efficiencies and demand planning accuracy.• Oversee the forecasting process working closely with the Development Managers and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate supply is manufactured and delivered. 3. Work with the MD to ensure that commercial financial information is provided to support and challenge IBD performance and planning.• Set pricing strategies in accordance with local market conditions, establishing and maintaining product profitability.• Analyse and provide financial data in areas such as market size, competitor data, price ranging to influence and shape behaviours in new market investments.• Rigorous assessment of investment proposals, to ensure acceptable ROI, such as spend on TV and internet campaigns and on in-store materials.• Play a key role in shaping and advising the MD on the development of the annual budget and 5 year planning process.• Monitor adherence to Internal Audit recommendations.
