Dispatching fleet of trucks ranging from 20 to 125 trucks at a time depending on season. Maintaining contact with drivers or thier dispatchers daily to update current position, vehicles on load, request for new loads. Contacting terminals to verify pick and delivery of cars, invoice processing for all third party carriers, payment selection on weekly basis for third party and specialized logistics divisions. Cover specialized logistics (brokerage division) when that dispatcher is out while still maintaining my duties. Setting up new carriers, maintaing files, insurance requirements for all carriers. Screening calls and visitors for the Third Party Manager and assistant manager, overflow for terminal and DAS fleet driver calls for system updates, change of loads. Maintain four separate spreadsheets for Third party logistics, revisions for all Third Party trucks. Filing, Faxing, internet searches for freight, and new carriers.

Answer a sixteen line phone routing calls to various people and departments. Assisting the membership department with calls and entering of demographics for members.

Coordinate jobs in to Engineering.  Initial Review of all jobs for surveys needed, bad surveys, invalid artwork, estimates, matching documentation.  Coordinate Engineered Jobs into Manufacturing Department to meet customer dates.  Review and schedule all jobs in to Engineering.  Verify & request any survey information needed to engineer a job.  Maintain daily reports for the engineering department and manufacturing department.  Put engineered jobs into the shop to be manufactured.  Daily survey reviews and requests.  Schedule patterns to be made.  Assist the Manufacturing department in entering jobs, tracking jobs on manufacturing floor, and buyout jobs.
