Install motor,changed hydraulic fluids,emergency stop,made & install 480 & 110 drop cords,made & replaced fiber optic cables. Setup & replaced mesh & chain link belt,work with thermal oil filling & draining fryer. Slicing machines,enrover machines,battery blenders ,sifter , marinating tumblers,drain lines. wired & install motors, auger,replaced ball bearings, oil filter, PPI baggers, calibrate scales,critical thinking and problem solving on the spot. Advanced knowledge in blueprint and manuals. The ability to bridge a gap between production processing, maintenance and upper level of management .
