I have many years of Credit & Collection Experience, with multiple years in the area of Litigation based recovery. After receiving my Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Millersville University, I started my career as an entry level Collector at Public Finance, which was later acquired by CoreStates, “Consumer Finance Division: My previous experience includes serving as Vice President and Executive Director of Administration & Finance for Clemmer/Allied Van Lines. During my tenure at Allied Van Lines, I began working directly with Robert M. Lipshutz, a Center City attorney. While working with Mr. Lipshutz, I not only gained a considerable amount experience in all aspects of litigation based recovery, he was instrumental in helping me to gain my Paralegal certification from John Hopkins University (on-Line). My experience includes 2 years as a distressed loan and lease restructure/ Workout Specialist. I also acquired an in-depth understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Bankruptcy and solvency laws, as well as a solid understanding of the replevin process.My other certifications include: Claims Analysis /Claims Adjustor Certification through AMSA, Alexandria, VA Dun & Bradstreet’s Collection and AR Risk Management certification Crystal Reports Certification through Hammerman and Associates Outside of my professional interests, I enjoy spending time with my Husband “Keith “and Daughter “Brittany, we have 1 cat and 1 cat-dog. In 2007, I started riding a Motorcycle after taking a 15 hour written and practical safety course . Keith and I both have Harley Davidson Motorcycles , and ride every chance we get. We also participate in many charitable Harley sponsored rides and events each year. I also enjoy photography, with several pieces of my work being published.
